Dino Grip aims to ship and deliver products in 4-6 business days. Specific delivery times are stated on each product page. Dino Grip will always endeavor to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, if you do require an express service – this service is available at an additional charge.
How will my order be delivered?
Your products will be securely packaged and delivered by a reputable freight company. If you receive your delivery and it is damaged, we ask that you refuse the package. Dino Grip cannot accept returns on products that have been damaged during delivery once they are signed for. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.
Where is my order?
You can track your delivery here. Simply enter the tracking code that was issued in the confirmation email. If you have not received your email confirmation with a tracking link, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting Dino Grip.

My order has arrived but there is a problem – Who deals with this?
If there is a problem with the condition of the item on delivery, we ask you to refuse to accept delivery. If you open the package and find that there is a discrepancy or any of the items are damaged after signing for it, we must have notification, in writing within 48 hours of the item being signed for. Contact us at info@dinogrip.com or telephone us on 1-888-848-4157 and we will be happy to assist you. If on inspection the fault is ours, any costs incurred in sending the goods back will be reimbursed and the items will be replaced. Only if the items cannot be replaced will a refund be issued. I have over ordered/ I don’t need this item anymore – Can I send the item/s back?
The Company (Richco Inc – T/A Dino Grip) cannot refund or accept return of any custom-made / custom cut products that have been agreed prior to manufacture. In respect of standard products our general policy is not to accept the return of goods.
In exceptional circumstances standard products may be returned to us within 14 days of date of delivery provided that the customer has a written agreement from Dino Grip to such a return. No claims will be entertained for returns outside of this period. Goods are to be returned at the customers expense to the original source of supply as specified by Dino Grip and will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 20% for all goods that are of a merchantable quality as determined by Dino Grip. The customer must ensure the products are wrapped adequately to protect them against damage during transit. Once we have received the authorized returned product, Dino Grip will inspect the returned items. All merchantable quality returned items will be refunded. All refunds will take 5-7 working days to process. Not all goods may be accepted back into stock for credit.
Dino Grip does not offer a refund policy if the customer has changed their mind regarding the goods they have purchased.
We advise customers to check the suitability of the products and recommend requesting a sample prior to ordering to ensure correct products are ordered.

Dino Grip aims to be the most competitively priced, quality suppliers of anti-skid, anti-slip safety products. If you have found an equivalent product cheaper elsewhere, please let us know. In order for us to offer a better price, we will need to see the supplier’s quotation and check that the product is of the same quality as Dino Grip. Dino Grip offers bulk discounts for large quantities ordered. Discounts can be found on each product page.
Trade customers are offered discounts depending on their monthly spend and purchase quantities.
Are Dino Grip products waterproof?
Dino Grip products are designed and manufactured to withstand even the most extreme weather conditions. All Dino Grip products are waterproof, incredibly tough and hardwearing.
How is the slip resistance of Dino Grip products tested?
All Dino Grip Anti-Slip products are tested under extreme conditions using the Pendulum Test.
The Portable Skid Resistance Tester, also known as the British Pendulum Tester, was originally designed in the 1940’s by Percy Sigler to measure the slip resistance of floors in government buildings.
What is the Pendulum Test?
The HSE (Health and Safety Executive) and the UKSRG (United Kingdom Slip Resistance Group) have confirmed the Pendulum Slip Tester (BS 7976) to be the most reliable and accurate Slip Resistance Test, leading to its adoption as the standard HSE Test Method for the assessment of pedestrian slip potential.

The Pendulum Test results for each product can be found in the technical data sheet or under the specification tab within each individual product page on the Dino Grip website. All Dino Grip Anti-Slip products have been rated with a score of 65 or higher.
What is the life expectancy of Dino Grip products?
In domestic installations our products are designed to last without any failure of the anti-slip for a long period of time and will often outlast the underlying wooden substrate.
In any commercial installation or any areas with a high foot traffic we would recommend that our systems are installed for a minimum of 3 years and would only need to be replaced if the anti-slip topping has become worn.
Our expert Dino Grip installation team recommends using stainless steel or aluminium fittings, this will extend the life of the product. To increase the life expectancy of our products – it is still important that the surface is regularly cleaned to stop the build-up of dirt, grit and grime.
How do I install Dino Grip products?
Installation of our Dino Grip non skid products is manageable for novice installers. Our products are designed for DIY installations. I need a custom size – How much does this cost?
We will cut the product exactly the size you need it, free of charge! However, if a (3000mm x 50mm) decking strip were to be cut down you would be charged the same amount as if it were a whole strip. For custom sizes, please call or email us with the specifications ready.
What are Dino Grip products made from?
Dino Grip products are made from the toughest materials, a high quality, flexible FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic.) For more information please refer to the individual product pages and data sheets.
Do I need adhesive?
Securing Dino Grip skid prevention products with screws (concrete & wood) or rivets(metal) will be sufficient to secure most of Dino Grip products. However, we recommend that an application of a high strength gap-filling adhesive be used. This is to provide extra strength and safe guard against failure of the mechanical fittings. Please refer to individual product installation guides for more information, grip filler adhesive can be found in the “Screws and Adhesives” section.
What type of screws should I use?
Dino Grip recommends using Stainless Steel Screws for wood and cement surfaces and aluminum rivets for metal surfaces. These items are available for purchase in the Fittings & Adhesives section.
